Terms & Conditions

Many Rapier Systems products and EDGE solutions are configured, integrated or built to a purchaser's stated requirements and may involve third-party hardware, software, networks, carriers or services. Specifications, availability and estimated lead times are indicative and may change due to component availability, manufacturing, integration, testing, import, export, freight or supplier delays. Once procurement, configuration or custom build work has commenced, an order may not be cancelled, changed or returned except where required by law.

Third-party subscriptions, software licences, cloud services, carrier/data plans, mapping, satellite, platform access and other recurring service fees are not included unless expressly stated in the quotation, order or agreed scope of work. The purchaser is responsible for establishing, paying for and maintaining those services, and acknowledges that their pricing, terms, availability, coverage and continued operation are controlled by the relevant third-party provider and may change independently of Rapier Systems.

The purchaser is responsible for confirming that any product, system or service is suitable for its intended environment and use, and for obtaining and maintaining any licences, approvals, permissions, subscriptions, connectivity and regulatory compliance required for installation or operation. Unless expressly included in an agreed scope of work, Rapier Systems does not assume responsibility for the purchaser's deployment, configuration, operation, misuse, third-party integrations or use of the capability outside the agreed design parameters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the purchaser accepts the risks associated with such use. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
