Privacy and collection notice.
This notice explains how Rapier Systems handles information submitted through the RAPIER EDGE website and its public request forms.

Information we collect
We may collect your name, organisation, role, contact details, enquiry content, assessment responses, requested capability categories and consent acknowledgements. Our hosting and security services may also record ordinary technical logs, request metadata and security events.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess and respond to enquiries, prepare recommendations or quotations, qualify Sentinel and EDGE access requests, provision approved environments, protect our services, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
Disclosure and service providers
Information may be available to authorised Rapier Systems personnel and service providers that support hosting, email, ecommerce, communications or security. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect people, systems or lawful interests.
Overseas processing
Some cloud, email, ecommerce and communications providers may process information outside Australia. Provider locations can change. We use reasonable contractual, technical and access controls appropriate to the information and service.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, operational records, dispute resolution or legal requirements. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information, but no public internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction and complaints
To request access to or correction of your information, or to raise a privacy concern, email engage@rapiersystems.com.au. Please provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant record and respond.
Operational information
Detailed Sentinel baselines, indicators, task parameters, identities, coordinates, thresholds and response plans are not collected through the public site. Where approved, they are configured through the assigned controlled operational environment or an agreed secure channel.
